The mid-engined Porsche 918 Spyder was presented as a concept car at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2010 and in final execution in Atlanta in 2013. It was the first hybrid vehicle designed by the German manufacturer. Intended for short-term production (918 units), production ended in 2015; the largest number of copies were sent to the American market.
